Sale Items

Items bought on sale are not able to be returned or exchanged. So please choose carefully. Of course if the product is faulty we will replace or refund your money (if the product is out of stock). 


Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. If you change your mind on a purchase, exchanging goods is at the discretion of Friend of a Friend. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product.  If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.



All orders received Mon - Fri before 3pm will be dispatched the following day, unless otherwise communicated.

International Orders

We are happy to send all our products to Australia. Freight will be determined seperately on each order to ensure the best possible price is sourced. Feel free to send us an email prior to purchase and we can quote these costs for you. It is also possible that items such as the Cushions can be sent without inners to minimise shipping costs.

Any additional taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. These may include quarantine charges, especially for things like wood or brush ware.    

If by any chance you have not received your order with 3 weeks after you placed your order,  please contact us immediately as we will make sure we follow this up for you with our courier company and resolve any issues straight away.


Payment options and credit card security

We accept Direct Bank Deposits and credit card payments through PAYPAL. You can also use your PayPal account. Cash on Collection is also available if you intend to pick up or have arranged to collect at a market in which we are attending.


Paypal gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex or regular account payments all through PayPal.  

When you choose to use Paypal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).


Bank Deposit

This is for our New Zealand customers only. 

You will be sent by email our bank account details to make payment into our account once you place your order.Your purchase will be sent when we can see the money in our bank account. Sometimes this can take a couple of days between banks.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.


Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. 

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* your name
* address
* email address

These are collected by Paypal for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.
